Real Estate Transaction, whether buying or selling a home or property,
in most cases, is one on the largest and important financial

It involves complex transactions of personal, financial and

decision. As a Real
Estate Sales Professional, with a strong support staff and management
team in Windermere behind me, I can guide my clients through every
step of the transaction.
A
little about my background. I
am from
Nebraska
and an avid “Big Red Husker” fan. Married
with two grown children and three grandchildren.
My wife Joan and I reside on
Parker Road
in Coupeville. I have over
30 years of experience in management positions held in Operations,
Sales & Marketing and Administration, with significant experience
in contract negotiations and administration.
The latter being a very important part of all real estate
transactions.
Living
on
Whidbey Island
and in Coupeville, allows me to fully understand the Real Estate
conditions and markets that my clients need to be informed about in
making their investment decisions.
The friendly people, the culture of the people and our weather
all play an important role in those decisions.
